The Escape has 900+ miles on it, 75% around town, trips less than 10 miles and because of the recent traffic light population explosion around here... .mostly stop and go. The remaining was highway mileage roundtrip about 240 miles. The average combined is 23.8. Before the highway trip is was 20.2 Its looking pretty close to the combined EPA rating. Next highway trip I will need to reset and see what the pure highway is.

2013 Escape SE 2.0L with Towing Pkg. Ruby Red
Saturn 1998 SL2 (yeah its still hanging on)

The late 2004 Cadillac CTS also Red. Met its demise in an accident.
The Escape replaced this. Another CTS will replace the Saturn.

On a 600 mile freeway trip last week at between 65 and 70 mph we averaged 23.5 mpg with about 2,500 miles on it... I had hoped the highway mileage would be better as this is about what our old Acura MDX got under the same circumstances and it was a V6, bigger, heavier and had AWD... The city mileage is better than the MDX, however...

Are new updates on fuel mileage with your Escape Ecoboost?

2015 Escape Titanium 1.6L with 4900 miles on her. City mpg about 19 and highway about 24. Does it get better after a few more miles or is there something wrong?

2014 Escape Titanium with 400 miles on odometer.  My first full tank registered 27.58 mpg combined city/highway.  I'm pretty hopeful fuel mileage will improve with more miles.
