Traction control and ESF can cause them to wear faster. Don't know where you are located but sliding around on snow/ice can do a number on these guys ..as well as any vehicle with these features. Had an Infinity G35 years ago and it would wear the rear brakes more as it was designed to keep the car more level on stops by doing so. You should not be wearing out that quickly. Have you scanned for codes?
