    Hello, I'm not an expert and I may be wrong, but it looks like they exploded due to overheating. I had bad luck with multiple bulbs as well, they kept burning. So I decided it was time for a change, and I bought a little more expensive LED bulb and to my surprise, they came with coolers (little fans) built-in.
