I have a 2011 escape with 17k miles on it . Rust is starting in the seams and paint has bubbles in it on both sides. Is this covered under warranty ?see pic.

I have a 2011 escape, the rear bumper cover has heavy wrinkles from heat. I think Having sensors that makes it weak and a trailer hitch that traps the exhaust heat is the cause.The heat from exhaust is about 200 plus degrees. The Dealer doesn't want to do anything. Any suggestions.
