EarthOrbiter Report post Posted April 1, 2018 I have a problem with reverse on my 2011 Escape. It goes into gear then locks up and won't move. If I move the shifter slowly to just the right spot it will move and then hang up again. After it is hot I can shift into reverse and it will work fine as long as I am on flat ground.
