Skyjack Report post Posted March 10, 2019 I found a small hose disconnected at the firewall side of my 3.0 engine. It looks to be coming out of the engine at about the top of the oil pan and looks like it is supposed to connect with another hose that rises up to the area around where all the vacuum hoses are situated. That upper hose has a 180 degree gooseneck in it, so the open end faces downward. There is oil residue on the motor mount where the open hose is now laying, and I was not able to fit my arms down in there to reconnect the two hoses. I'm assuming this is a crankcase vent hose of some sort. Is anyone familiar with this hose, and is it a big deal if I can't get it back together right away?
