Water intrusion, passenger side rear door.

Rear passenger side door is accumulating significant amount of water after periods of heavy rainfall.  I believe that it is entering through the exterior window seal, but can't be sure.  It looks identical to all the other doors.

Anyone familiar with how these seals are installed?  I see one small torx screw at the front of the door that may be associated with this seal, but I'm not confident enough to go yanking on things.  YouTube has been a bust so far.

Any guidance appreciated.
