Solution: I Scanned the computer, it brought up this code: P0128 Coolant Thermostat (Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature). Also at the time, my engine temp gauge wasn't working. Replaced the engine head temp sensor after some diagnosing, cause it could also be the electrical or ECM. No more hard starts, runs perfect! If the computer is reading that the engine is cold(denser air) then it will add more fuel to keep it from leaning out.
My Escape has 52,000miles, has always ran great for me, last winter it would start very hard and sputter until it came to a normal idle. When it got warmer out, it would start up fine. Then it began starting hard again, and I found the oil had filled with gas. I replaced the injectors, it's still the same. (Solution in my thread reply)
