I have a three month old 2023 Escape ST-Line, fully loaded. I am having the exact same issue. Taking in Wednesday but will probably have the same outcome as you. It is ashame, because I really like this car. I did call Ford and they acted like they never heard of this problem which seems strange as there are post all over the internet about the sound issue. Let me know what the end result is for you.
