    23Escape hybrid, did the same right off the lot, dealer service checked it out and DSP has been order (Oct15) and warned its on backorder. Temp fix>>>>>disconnect then reconnect the right hand connector on the amp (its a small box beside the spare tire) this gets the volume but only temporary for a day or so.
