MRV Report post Posted September 3, 2020 Got a disturbing message tonight on my FordPass APP for my 2020 Hybrid. It indicated that « remote features disabled for battery optimization ». John C S Report post Posted October 6, 2020 I recently purchased a new 2020 Escape Titanium. I get the same message. My salesman says that the message is normal. Seeyajohn Report post Posted October 7, 2020 I, too, get this message frequently on my Titanium Escape Hybrid. We tow the car behind our motorhome. So, I thought that the battery was being depleted in that process. We have added a line charge that keeps the battery charged while traveling using the motorhome power.
