FirstFordEscape Report post Posted December 4, 2020 Hi there, Question to those with a Titanium trim with a heated seats/steering wheel. The heated seats are awesome, no complaints, 3 levels of heat is great. I had Jeep Compass before and it was only high/low so having one more "middle" option is nice. However, the heated steering wheel is a disappointment. In the Jeep, it was really noticeably warm. In my 2020 Escape, it's barely warm. And after 10-15 min of driving, it stops heating and fades away. Your experiences and thoughts appreciated.
2020EscapedMe Report post Posted January 18 I have a 2020 escape SEL and the steering wheel feels very hot to me, sometimes too hot. But I don’t drive long distances, so I can’t say for sure if mine fades away like yours
Susan Report post Posted February 7 I have a 2020 Escape Titanium, my steering wheel gets plenty warm and stays warm. I'd take it in and complain while its still under warranty. I don't have that issue but I do have others and wish I'd kept my 2018 titanium. Feel like I stepped down and paid to do it.
